You are entitled to cancel your order before dispatch without giving any reason for doing so.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to: gharse.store@gmail.com

We will reimburse you within 5–7 working days from the day we receive your cancellation request. The reimbursement will be processed using the same payment method used during the order, and no additional fees will be charged.

In the case of an incorrect order delivered, we will dispatch the correct product within 2 business days of receiving the original product at our registered address, to be shipped back by the customer.

Note: Notification of incorrect product delivery must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order. Any delay beyond this period will void Our responsibility to accept the return or replace the incorrect product. The returned product must be in its original condition — unopened, unused, and as delivered.
